THANKS EVERYONE, whats so funny is I do see the difference and I do know i've lost a lot of weight but I still see myself as so heavy.. Does this ever change???

Yes your mind does change but it takes time.
I think it took me 2-3 months once I hit my goal to actually think differently regarding the way I look and feel.

Wow!  What a difference....are you not proud of yourself you should be, you look so different, younger, happier....I think seeing yourself as still large will change in time. Just smile each time you come in contact with a mirror.

Hi Joyce, Of course I dont mind, but just wish I had been prepared fpr it and it would have been much better, I ended up borrowing a T-Shirt from Docs office to put on cause I had gone in my work clothes, so I was FOR SURE not prepared...  But HEY if one person gets help or motivation from it then it was worth every minute......  And so YOU KNOW  "YOU ARE AN  INSPIRATION" to thousands including myself, so thank you for being you too!   Candi
