Medicare Doc Help??

Hey everyone,  I am trying to help a friend get started, he is VERY overweight and has several health issue.  He has Medicare and I know NOTHING about it and the post by OH asking for Docs and surgeons has no replys??  He leaves in Peoria, Az and what steps should he take first??  Anyone that can help I'd really appreciate it!  Thanks  Candi

Candy, I think Dr. Juarez is the only one in Arizona now since Dr. Blackstone is no longer taking medicare.

Candy  Deanne is right from what I know .. Dr Juarez in the only provider I can think of -  I would suggest calling medicare and getting their criteria and ask for a referral - They can tell you what  Dr's  they  cover.
