Chandler Support Details for Jan 22

Chandler WLS Support Group is open to EVERYONE 2nd Weds and 4th Tuesday (next mtg Tues, Jan 22nd) from 6 to 7:30 pm Chandler Regional Hospital on Frye and Dobson Enter from the East Main entrance and take elevators to lower level Conference rooms 1 and 2 Dinner out together is optional and usually follows the support group for more chatter, FUN and support! Di is facilitating tomorrow.  She's fun and inspiring!  Here's her note about our next meeting..... ******************************************************************** okay, the topic of tomorrow's discussion will be identifying US...       What type of eater are you?   defining: *binging *closet eaters *over eating *grazing vs. scheduled times... *feeling hungry vs. boredom *wanting food vs. needing food  for me.. all of the above!  :-)   if anyone has a suggestion for dinner - we can decide at the meeting!
