Softgel Pills

Does anyone have a suggestion on the best way to take a softgel pill?  Thanks, Michelle

I've taken plenty of them since surgery. I just take them like a normal pill. If you want you can take it with a sip of warm-ho****er to help it dissolve more quickly. If you're worried about it getting stuck in your pouch you can do a test with this or any other kind of pill to see how fast it disolves - just drop it in a glass of water that is about as warm as your body temperature, and watch how fast it dissolves - I did this with my giant calcium citrate pills and was amazed to see it dissolved completely in a matter of seconds, so now I don't worry about it!
