Hi Shandi, Dr. Simpson used to do DS so there are a few still floating around AZ.  I think you could get in touch with them by posting a note on Dr. Simpson's patient forum.  www.drsimpson.com I'm half of a DS, having just had a Revision to Distal.  I guess our  lower halfs are the same malabsorption wise. So, how are you doing?  Who did your DS?
