Anniversary

Well today is my one year anniversay since I had my wls. What a year. I have now lost about 115lbs. Have more energy then ever. I now walk and walk and walk. Can fit in a size 10 pants and large top. Feel great overall. On the down size. I have a neck that will need a little nip and tuck (loose skin). My girls need help too (ok a lot of help) and I lost a little hair, but not much. Also had emergency gallbaldder surgery. I have become a big vegetable,salad, and fruit eater which I think has made me healthier and thank goodness no longer drink gallons of diet coke.  Was it easy at first? No. Getting used to a sensitive pouch was not easy. Finding the right things to eat and not feeling sick took some time. Was it worth it? Yes. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat. I just want to shout to the world how great I feel. Happy New Year Pam
