Tricare approved

Hi all, Friday I received a letter in the mail from Tricare saying that I was approved for gastric bypass.  I'm very excited.  I called Dr. Villares' office to ask what the next step was and they said they have not recieved the letter yet, but when they do they will be calling me to start the pre-op stuff.  I also asked what hospital it would happen at and they said either Banner Good Sams or Paradise Valley.   Shawn
