im still here and still thinking of fellow bariatric successes

as the holidays approach im starting to get back on track again in working to get ready for my body building show next fall. I know it is a ways off but i know i need to watch the diet but also stay focused on the goal.  As io progress to where i would like to see myself I will try my best to keep everyone posted here.  I hope all has an awesome holiday season and even better new year.
