MEDICAID AND MEDICARE SURGEONS LIST!

I talked to them recently and  they said they dont take  mercy care of phoenix health plan   Does anyone who who does ?  Or anyone know  where in mexico is the closest  Thanxs  Sue

I had my DS surgery (07/07/04) done in Louisiana with Dr. Clark Warden of Surgical Specialists of LA.  I have Medicare as my primary insurance and United Healthcare as my secondary.  My insurance was accepted by Dr. Warden's office.

I do my follow up now with Dr. Simpson in AZ and his office accepts my Medicare.

What hospitals does DR. Simpson use. He was using Maryvale Samaratin Hospital.  Iused to work out there and it is a very bad area of town now.  I would like to go to a different hosptal.

    I am in need of a doctor visit, having issues with my port again after getting it fixed this past summer in Wisconsin. My tube was actually broke and my port was like herniating at different times.Anyhow Now I am in Arizona and I have  the State insurance  Achhhs or how ever it is spelled lol  I am under the Phoenix Health Plan. I called Dr Fangs  and they told me they did not take marcy care or Phoenix Health Plan. My anniversary is up and I can change health plans  does anyone know what plan they take  or any Dr in Arizona  I really need to get in  the last time my band was broke the tubing came apart and was hangin in  my pelvis and the stem on the port was poking me. I have started having the herniating thing again and I dont know if my port is flipping or what but Dr Chua  in Wisconsin said he thought the herniating thing I told  him about was  from the stitches coming out of the port ??? I am so disgusted right now  I cant believe  this is happening again  If any one knows anything please let me know   thank you Susie  273/166  but gained 45 pounds back when it broke :( almost took me a year to get it fixed

I just found out today that Dr. Carlos Galvani at University Medical Center in Tucson accepts AHCCCS and I have the Phoenix Plan as well. HIs number is 520-626-2635. I am about to go to a seminar in a few minutes at UPH Kino. My first appointment is next Friday 7/30/10. I had just about given up because I thought I would have to drive over an hour away. Hope this helps you!

does anyone know what surgeons take bridgeway health solutions?

I need help finding a primary care physician that will support my decission to have wls. I just moved to Maricopa County from Pinal County and in doing so I had to switch AHCCCS plans, which really messed me up cause my previous doctor supported my decission. I have been working on getting this approved for over 2 years now. I have gotten clearance from everyone but the Psyc eval, which the insurance denied at first, but approved right after I moved here, but it was approved through my old AHCCCS plan and I was told I would need it approved through my new health plan. Old plan was University Family Care and new plan is Phoenix Health Plan. I have seen Dr. Daniel Fang and now need a good supportive PCP. I live just SW of Phoenix and any suggestions would really be greatly apprecitated.
