Near Luke AFB Workout buddy(ies)

Anyone live on or near Luke AFB that is going to have or just had surgery that may be looking for a workout buddy?  I want to go to the gym and start working out before my surgery, and would like to find a workout buddy.  If anyone is interested please let me know or email me and I will get my phone number to you.  [email protected] Thanks Robin

HI I work on Luke.  I havn't had my surgery yet either and it looks like we are both with the same surgeon.  Let me know when good workout time are for you.  I would have to do before or after work or I might be able to get away with lunch time. Shawn

I have not set nay particular time, it will prob have to be evenings so that my hubby can be with the baby.  I would like to get started before my surgery which is Nov. 29th.  I am trying to get together a good workout format, so maybe we shoudl start there then get to moving.  I have been favoring a broke toe as well so that slows me down more.
