Ins Plan choice 0 any imput

Ok folks its time to sign up for benefits again at work , I have 2 choices

1, Aetna

2, Healthnet Az

Here is what stinks , my Surgeon is not on either plan , But being 15 months out What is likleyhood I will need to see them  again?

Any Idea on who the better plan is ?? I have to make my choice by friday ...
