Side Pain

I have been having a pain in my left side and I can't figure out what it could be.  I have had it a couple of weeks now and when I sneeze I have to hold my side so it doesn't hurt.  Any ideas?

Hi Becky: Get it checked. Don't let the pain continue as I did and ended up with emergency surgery for my glallbladder. Hope it turns out to be nothing. Pam

I know it isn't my gallbladder.  I had that removed in 1977.  I have an appointment on 31 Oct with my PCP.

Hi Becky, It is your new pouch. I had same pain on left side. I went to see my surgeon and he said it was my new pouch. Not to drink your liquids very cold with Ice. I would give his office a call still. I hope you feel better....Cindy  From  Las Cruces  NM

When you hold it, does it feel like anything pops out? I had this and it turned out to be a hernia. Just a thought.  Hope it turns out to be something minor.    :-)
