What should I expect at my first visit

Hi, After thinking about this for the past two years, I have finally decided to go ahead with WLS. My first visit to Dr. Orris (Weight Loss Institute of AZ) is on Wednesday and they said it would last 3-4 hours. Does anyone know what I will be doing for all that time? Most likely you will have some type of physical , maybe a blood draw , you will fill out your medical history, meet with surgeon, nutritionist, nurse practioner, be educated on types of surgery performed, I would suggest  to plan on it being a very long day and very informative. You may want to take a support person with you!  - write out any question/ concerns you have . they will most likely send you for follow up tests and  fill out Insurance paperwork ..  Good Luck and be sure to shop around for differant surgeons !! you have a lot of choices out here ...
