If you ever want to meet up at one let me know. I go after work so it's about 4:30, I go 3-4 x a week. I've been working with a personal trainer since the end of March and I work on weight training with him. I do bi's & tri's one day, legs (including my dreaded thighs) another day and then chest, shoulders and back the third day. I work with him 3 days a week plus I go an additional day or two on my own. I also get on the treadmill (either at the gym or home) 5 days a week for at least 2 & 1/2 miles, but I always make sure I get my 10,000 steps. I faithfully wear my pedometer daily. I sometimes vary it up at the gym and get on the bikes as well. I also do calisthenics 3-5 days a week. I wish you were going to Chuy's tomorrow so I could meet you, I think I am going to be able to make it tomorrow morning.
