One week til' surgery!!

Having my surgery (band) on July 121th.....seems like its coming fast now! Trying to keep the nerves down!   Going thru the emotions now. Any last advice or info. anyone wants to give would be great! Thanks, Diane

Diane - CONGRATULATIONS!!  You will be so happy you made the choice of getting in control of your weight!  Go in with a good attitude and you'll come out with flying colors!!  What your feeling is normal, just keep thinking positive and you will soon be on the loosing side along with most of us!!  My profile goes through step by step and I even have pictures of before after surgery and fills, WARNING - they are not pretty!     Good luck, stay in touch with this board and you'll be GREAT!!!

i know youll be nervous post op - but try your best to follow the nutritional guidelines post op and you will do fine.  Pay close attention to what does and what doesnt upset your new tummy.  and most important - best of luck
