Stricture

Has anyone had a stricture more than once? I had the opening to my stomach enlarged about 6 -8 weeks ago and then 2 weeks later, the pain started again. It feels like almost everything I eat (except otter pops and sorbet) gets stuck and causes severe pain and vomiting. Finally today, I couldn't take it anymore and called Dr Fang's office. They are going to squeeze me in at 2pm. I'm thinking that I will have to get another endoscopy.  But I was curious if anyone else has had a similar problem?  Michelle  

Michelle, I had two strictures... mine first appeared around 3-4 weeks post up and then my second appeared 10 days after my fist one was fixed.  I gave it another 2 weeks before getting it fixed because I thought maybe it was my chewing, but after being on liquids again for a few days I had the same problems.

No problems like that here with Jodell and I, but our hearts go out to you, as you're obviously feeling miserable.  Hopefully the doc can fix you all up!!! Stay positive-- Dave
