well folks - couple of weeks have passed but havent put any weight on or lost any which is a good thing.  but i think the reason might be is that i ahve been doing cardio before my workout instead of after.  Stating on sunday im flipping it back to after my work out to see if i start dropping again.  October 13 is coming quick.
