I saw an ad today in the Costco Connection newsletter for a Liquid Protein... I left it sitting on my desk at work. From what I remember, it is strawberry flavored. 3 oz's is 20grams of Protein, no carbs, no sugar and only 20 calories. Has anyone tried this? Just looking to see if it worth buying... extra protein never hurt anyone! ~nicole
