Protein shakes

I try and do my protein shake or bar in the morning and then again in the early afternoon. Increase your water intake also. Stay off the scale, it can be your worst enemy at times. I was good and only got on the scale once a week, then a month ago it was everyday. I have vowed once week again. It does make a big difference!
