Has anyone ever heard of determining your size by how much weight you loose? Like for every 10 /15 pounds you go down one size? Of course I know everyone is different and it depends on how much you exercise, but I seem to remember hearing that you can sort of calculate it. Any ideas???
I seemed to have lost a size for about every 15 lbs. From a 24 to a 6. Loss of 135 lbs. That's 15 lbs. a size. But, I went down from the 8 to a 6 without losing weight, but toning up. So it's just a guide. Have fun watching the scale go down! Karen
