Healthcare Group of Arizona?

Has anyone been able to use Healthcare Group of Arizona PPO to pay for insurance for lap band surgery for morbid obesity? A friend of mine is interested in lap band surgery. We are wondering if anyone has experience with this insurance company covering the surgery for morbid obesity. Thanks! Julia

Julia give them a call,They are great about giving information - they may even give a referral to a local area doctor - or tell you if the doctor you have choosen is on their plan. I had rny through them ..
