Capri's needed.

I am looking for capri pants in size 22 that are cotton. No stretchy, please. I have not had surgery and am not able to as my insurance does not cover. Was told 3 years ago that it did, and I went through all of the protocol prior to surgery, but at the last minute, was informed that they don't cover. Anyways, I live up by the 101 & I 17.
