B6 and B12???????????
Best way to know is to watch your lab levels. But, you need more than just B6 and B12. You need the other Bs, especially B1. A good B complex will do that for you. I prefer a good capsule so that my body does not have to try to dissolve a tablet in the shortened track.
With the sublingual B12, I am taking it in methylcobalamin form and I do 2000 mcg a day. I watch my labs and try to keep my levels between 1200 - 2000.
