Greek Bean Salad
Ingredients:
1 14-16 oz can garbanzo bans
1 14-16 oz can kidney beans
1 14-16 oz can black beans
1/2 small finely chopped onion
1 cup green olives thinly sliced
1 can mushrooms
1/2 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice from 2 large lemons
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well. Best if marinated over night
