Joyce I have to tell you .... Last night was great Therapy.. It hit me after I got home. The group got things going in my mind and then when we all showed our I.D.'s and the changes - I really began to appreciate all the participants and what we have all been through. The changes in our appearance, our thoughts, the way we look at the world - each other.. Thanks !!!

Ahhhhhh You are welcome sweetie pie! ......I gleaned from everyone as well. Sometimes the small groups are nice cuz we can be so open and candid with one another. Interesting that we all pulled out an old "before" pic at dinner. I dare say we would have needed a bigger table to dine together a while ago! Soooo glad we can lift each other! ......
