Need Ya'lls Help w/a Project

Hey ya'll! I need your help. I'm going to start working on a project and would like for everyone to share their favorite recipes, thoughts, tips and ideas. They could be preop or postop, doesn't matter. What worked for you or didn't work for you. Recipes don't have to be food, could be snacks, desserts, protein drinks/shakes, etc. You get the idea.
