josh is conscious and know he has medical issue doc tor are trying to wean him off of he ventilator when he not on it he breathing 100% on hs ownbut it is rapid he still on dialysis every orther day doctor are optimistic that his kedney are healingas he able to put out more urine asking for prayer for his emotional state through all this as he has along and hard road ahead of him ila
