SBC This Wed... who's going?

Scottsdale Bariatric has their support group this Wednesday at 6:00pm at Scottsdale Shea. Who will be there?

My cousins are coming in from out of town so I won't be out this one Hopefully next months wednesday one.

Hi Nicole, Since I just went last week I think I will wait till the next Monday Support Group. I also went over there yesterday for my 4 month post op Nutrition class. I can now eat a lot more variety but feeling wary of that as I have been so restricted up till now. Kind of wierd to be under a "self control" program now. Take care, Mary

Mary! Lucky you, I am jealous! I bet you are enjoying your coffee now. Group was excellent tonight... it was one of the best sessions I have been to in a long time. I hope to see you next month, it will be my 3 month appointment that day!

Hi Nicole I think I will be there, at least I am going to try really hard. I wi**** would start an hour later so I didn't have to deal with so much traffic coming from so far. Look for me ok! I also have to decide if I will see if my mom & daughter can watch my grandson or if I will bring him with and take him to the Kids Club (or whatever it is called). Cathy
