Holiday Gathering...
I realize that I'm a diversity zealot...
My only concern with ornaments is that not all faiths, cultures, belief systems celebrate holidays that include ornaments. I would hate for someone to not participate because they were uncomfortable with the ornament theme. Otherwise, color me there. I'll also be bringing at least one more wls veteran with me.

If you do not want to participate in a White Elephant/Gift Exchange that is fine... no one is forcing you to participate, we can scratch it entirely. So to make it non-religious... lets just forget the whole idea. Maybe the evening will be busy enough it doesn't need to be done. Doesn't matter to me whatsoever and I am sure other people won't mind either.
But for those of you that have already purchased something... bring it and Party On... we will have our own little fun!
As for the seating arrangements, as I stated in the original post if we get there at 5pm we can get the big room and it is tables. If majority of us do not get there by 5pm, we will have to wait for the party to be seated. I know that they have half table/half booth in the main section. So that should not be a problem if that is where we are seated.
I will be at the Biltmore at 4:00ish. I want to do some shopping at Three Dog Bakery and some other cute stores that are there. But most members have my cell phone number, so I will be there and waiting for everyone around 4:45pm outside the Cheesecake Factory! Since the list is getting very long with extra people, I'm not going to make fancy name tags like I wanted... I just don't have the time to make specially made for 30+ So simple it will be!
Alli, you didn't post your husband's name in the original post, so I don't know his name. Other hubbies are going.
Deadline is Monday!!!
Hey Nicole,
You can go ahead and scratch off my name for Thursday's dinner. I've just over committed for the week.
I'll hope to meet bunches of you at another occasision (O.H. Event in Tucson anyone?) and will see some of you Tuesday night at the Chandler Holiday party.
You guys have fun! Big wishes to all for a very Merry Christmas!
Joyce

Hi Sondra,
The Cheesecake Factory is located off of 24th Street and Camelback Rd. Around SR51 and I-10.
It is planned for Thursday, 12/14 at 5pm.
Here is the address so you can do a mapquest.
2402 East Camelback Space #101, Phoenix, AZ 85016
I would open my guest room to you but I have friends flying that night for the weekend. There are some hotels around the Biltmore, but a bit pricey. I know there is a Comfort Inn over on Bell Road and Scottsdale Road that is pretty reasonable.
