Semi Newbie- Intro

Hieveryone, My name's Ann and I've been a member on OH for a few months but have been so tied up with preop etc that I didnt get a chance to get in here. So here I am... I live in Prescott Valley, AZ. I'm 43 and have a very special 9 yr old daughter, a great 14 yr old step-daughter and a highly supportive and truly the love of my life other half Ron. I am to have the RNY bypass on November 8th and am sooo excited after 2+ yrs of researching, taking classes, talking to ppl etc. It felt as though it would never get here. I've been keeping a journal, a notebook for recipes as well as recently starting a group on yahoo and one on myspace for recipes and tips, etc that have been helpful to wls losers. I want to not only be totally ready myself but offer as much help to others too in that area. So if you'd all like to check them out and possibly join, you're more than welcome. Anyhow,... Thats not what I am posting about, see how I get sidetracked?! lol I'd just love to meet new friends from around AZ (but not limited to) to gab with, email with and just share with as I go on this journey. Hi Sheryl, Glad to meet you. I've been on other wls groups but never met someone so close. hehe. Makes it all seem so much more real in a way. ha. Thanks for the welcome. And Congrats on your success! 141lbs, thats great. I cant wait to be able to post my losses too. Ann
