Vitamin supplements

Has anyone ever tried Vitamist Oral spray vitamins or a recommended liquid vitamin? I have taken Trader Joe's High Potency multi vitamin/mineral for years and can only take vitamins with food or I end up Since I will have to make big changes in the the next few months, I read that Walgreens multi vitamins are highly recommended.
