Protein Supplement Agony

I use the EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control Shakes in the Chocolate Fudge flavor and you can get them in Sams club 24 in a case for 24.99 which is much cheaper than the health food stores and it is very convient and I just grab a container and a straw and Im good to go. I think it has the least aftertaste. Moira
