Thyriod testing

I have been denied once again due to no Thyroid Stimulating Hormone test to rule out medibolical cause of obesity. Has any one else heard of this test or a requirement for it? RAN+AMN ( underwritted by Harringtion) has lost my paperwork for 3 months and it been submitted for the 3rd time on appeal....It took them 2 weeks to figure out this lastest reason for denial. Any and all feedback will be appreciated Judi
