Bill from St. Luke's

I received a bill today from St. Lukes. I only had surgery two weeks ago and they are already sending me a notice saying that my insurance has not paid ______ amount and I should call them. Is this the norm?

hey Beck, are you sure its not just a statement? I got them too, even though my insur. paid 100% I think they just automatically throw them out there. Hope all is well...Emmy-RnY 09/06/06
