shew. OK So I do water aerobics twce a week.
Physical therapy (in the pool) twice a week (and this is QUITE the workout I assure you)
and yesterday I just joined Curves too.
Im going to be an excersising fool!
Counting the 30 lbs I lost pre surgery I am now down 66 lbs as of yesterday.
Oh and my gyn REFUSED to put me on birth control. He said it would interfere with my anti seizure meds. So we are just going to have to be extra super careful for the next 17 months.
