Hey Diane,
The trick is to mix it up and trick your body into "performing" again!
Increase: water, protein and exercise
Decrease: carbs, calories, cheese, salt and cottage cheese.
And....if the scales isn't budging after a few days os that then measure your inches....sometimes the body needs to catch up to the scale!
Congrats on your great loss so far! Hang in there.....it will happen!
