OT: Do you need a great big puppy girl (3 months old)?
I found a little puppy in the desert near where I live when she was
about 5 weeks old. We think she was probably dumped nearby with her
littermates, but we couldn't find any other pups or a mama dog. We
took her in hoping that our grouchy German Shepherd would take to
her since she was such a little pup.
Well, our Shepherd did accept her for a while, until recently. The
pup is now around 3 months old, and our old dog hates her. I
wouldn't be seeking to re-home her if it wasn't for that.
She's been kept inside most of the time, but still does pee in the
house. She knows she's not supposed to because she runs to the door
as soon as she does it. She is a pretty good dog otherwise. She is
really quite smart.
We named her Isabella, and she recognizes her name as Isabella,
Bella or Izzy. She looks like she's probably a Rottweiler/Lab mix.
At around 3 months old now, she weighs about 25 pounds or so. She
has had her first set of the puppy shot series, and is due for her
second now.
She's really good with kids (I have kids ages 16, 9, and 5) and
she's safe around cats (I have 3 indoor cats). She likes other
dogs, even though my other dog doesn't like her anymore.
I will be interviewing prospective new owners, as I want her to go
to a VERY LOVING home. She should not be kept only outside, nor as
a guard dog/watch dog. She's a family dog, and I'm looking for a
family who has time for a sweet new puppy to share their lives with.
Please email me and tell me something about you and the home you
will provide her.
I'm in the Sierra Vista area (south of Tucson).
Thank you,
Christine
