We Are Here!

We've been in Aus for about two weeks now, where is everyone? Any suggestions on where to go and what to do?

We are close to Sydney, we've to the Quay, Rocks and etc. Looking for something new to see or do. Thanks!

well depending on budget and time frame you have to get away from sydney, I would suggest a drive through the blue mountains, in sydney itself go to taronga zoo, the sydney aquarium and the operah house, there are also a bunch of museums and art gallerys. If you had the budget for it and the time flying to melbourne to take a drive around the borossa valley and the great ocean road would be a treat for you (youd get to see the 12 apostles, one of the 7 wonders of the world). hope this has been of some help? I live about 8 hours north ot sydney, closer to brisbane.

Thanks, we've never been up your way I'd love to see one of the 7 wonders! Maybe the Blue Mountains would fit in this weekend. I love this place, but it sure is expensive! LOL We are getting a little rain here tonight.

We ended up being with someone else from the US who had never been here before and was leaving Monday. So we spent Saturday at the Toronga Zoo, and Sunday at the Quay, Rocks and Paddy's Market. It was ok with us we didn't mind. We ate at the pancake house in the Rocks we'd heard so much about too.

We have been home 2 weeks today and am just starting to sleep at night again and feel somewhat caught up. We had a great time there and it was great to get away from the below zero temps here. Spring is still slow coming to us but at least it's warmer than it was! I never got to see the 7th wonder, but we did see and do alot! Thanks for all your help and tips while we were there, I hope to return next year.
