Sydney support group meeting February.
Just a reminder that the next group will be held on Tuesday 27th February at 7 for 7.30 at the Premier Street Council rooms in Kogarah.
Please feel free to bring in any unwanted clothing for recycling.
If anyone is unsure how to get there, please contact me for details. All are welcome, families, friends and pre-ops.

We are getting so close to our trip now. We will be leaving Oakland CA on April the 3rd stay a week in Hawaii and arrive in Sydney on the 11th. My daughter's BD
Wahhhhhh Oh well
I wanted to ask you three questions and see what you had to say.
1.) Is going to see Don Quixote or Mac Beth worth it at the Opera House.
2.) Is going to see the performance of Priscilla Queen of the Desert good??
3.) Where is a good place to shop for opals without getting ripped off?
Do you still want to meet sometime? You probably know a little more about your schedule now that April is almost here. Plus I guess you could announce it at your support meeting. I would love to meet people.

Hi Kath,
I am a newbie on the messageboard,I have been looking for a support group, for quite some years, in Sydney or the central coast.
When is your next support group meeting? When do you hold your meetings? Are they weekly , monthly or bi-monthly? Is there any other support groups, in Sydney metropolition area? I am post op 10yrs, and havent had much support, and have been through a pile of **** I have had 3 stints in hospital... with doctors hood winking me , all the way.

sorry I took so long to reply, just got in from a weekend away. Alas, our group is no more. It was not feasible due to distance people had to travel. There is another support group that I know of but only people from that surgeons practice are able to attend. I find most of my support from this site in weight loss grads.
