Reflux issues?

Hi. I had lap band surgery 4 years ago and only recently have had some issues wtih regurgitation waking me up several times throughout the night. I have tried not eating or drinking 3-4hrs before i go to bed and still it happens. I have limited certain foods from my diet which can cause some aggravation and have increased the height of my pillows and do not lie down for severals hours after i have eaten with no luck. Has anyone else suffered this problem at all? Thanks

Hi Marita, I haven't had this problem but I am wondering if you may have a hiatus hernia. I had a repair for one when I had my VSG surgery.
