Hi from sunny QLD.. great to see a aussie board,,, lets work together to create aussie feel!! so many questions what do u eat for breakfast - nothing I can' teat in the AM what do u eat for lunch -- fresh lentils and lettuce and some tuna/turkey what do u eat for dinner -- 4 mouthful so food,, wish i could have more date of your surgery?? 19th Sept 2005 selina

Hi Selina, wow I see your daily menu and it isnt much, is it? Your band must be very full. Do you drink a lot, of protein shakes etc? Helen
