bandedlawyer??

Does anyone have the site for the banded lawyer. I have tried www.thebandedlawyer.com no results for that name. I was denied by Anthem BC/BS and need the lawyer to start the appeal process.

I do not know where to find this particular attorney, but I am using Obesity Law (Walt Lindstrom) for my appeal. His website is www.obesitylaw.com. Hope this helps. Good luck. Susan
