Need a Surgeon Near Tallahassee Who Will Do a TKR on Obese Patients

I need 2 knee replacements due to bone-on-bone arthritis in both knees. I'm 54.5 and have fought obesity my entire life. Back in the fall of 2013 I weighed 330 and have now lost 80 lbs. eating low carb but my weight has been stuck for 6 months now. I am virtually immobile due to the knee pain. My doctor said he wouldn't do surgery until I got under 230 (BMI of less than 40). Well, I've gone from a BMI of 56.5 down to 43 - I feel if I could just get this knee surgery so I could MOVE again that I'd start losing weight again. 

Does anyone know a good surgeon near Tallahassee who will operate on someone my size?
