Can't figure out what's wrong with me. HELP

Hello.  I am 38 years old and started having back and neck issues almost a year ago now.  Went to the doctor and he did an MRI and said you have some collapesed discs but nothing major.  It started hurting more now with arm envolvement too, and leg pain.  Went to the doctor he put me on steroids. It helped for a little while but than my hips started hurting and I feel some numbness in my left thigh from time to time.  Went to the doctor, he sent me to a rhematogist.  He said Fibromyalgia.  Gave me Lyrica.  It doesn't help, gave me neurotin, and it doesn't help.  I now have wrist pain and knee pain.  I can't go to work, and my husband is really frustrated at me.  I wish I could explain the pain I feel.  UGH.  HELP.  Anyone else feel sore all over like you've exercised too long and too much?  I am 270lbs and have my insurance approval for the Sleeve. 

when you went to the rhumy did they send you to get blood work or did they run any other test on you. i was diagnosed with RA almost 1 1/2 year ago and i had alot of the same symptoms your having. it showed up in my blood work i had a high sed rate but not everyone will show up on the blood work so you might want to look up rheumatoid arthritis. there is an amazing page on face book or online as well called the http://rawarrior.com/ they have tones of info. hopefully this helps you some cuz i know before i was diagnosed i felt like i was going crazy because i would tell my docs about the pain and i feel like they didnt believe me even my own family would say there is no way your in as much pain as you say you are until i got to the point where i couldnt walk or even feed myself because my hands stop working. so good luck i hope you get the relief u need

Maybe you are experiencing the pain because of your weight..Or maybe you have some problems related to bone and joint.My suggestion you should go for checkup to an Ortho specialist.
