We have BCBS Insurance. Is Sjogren's considered a comorbidity if BMI is between 35-39?

I don't believe that Sjogren's would be a comorbidity as it is caused by an autoimmune disorder and not from obesity.

My sister has Sjogren's & is an autoimmune disorder , not weight related (as far as I've ever heard) . It can also be genetic .
