arthritis and artificial sweeteners....

Do you feel that the artifical sweetners made your pain worst. Do you still have pain since you are off the sweetners?

I also have been having arthritis symptoms that are not normal. That is to say, the pain seems to be in different places from one day to the next. The doc.say's he thinks it is food allergies, so I am in the process of eliminating things one at a time. My suspicions are the artificial sweeteners. I have been symptom free, lately because I have stopped them cold-turkey.

Three and a half years ago I got off of all artificial sweeteners and noticed a huge difference in my RA. I firmly believe that anything artificial is bad for you. I will not be having any after my gastric sleeve, I will be using watered down real sugar things.
