in getting SSDI for your arthritis? Mine is just showing up and my hands and arms hurt like mad!! I use my arms and hands in my trade but this is making it impossible for me.

I was told that many times they will want to train you in another field. It is very hard to get approved and you may need to get a lawyer. I have been denied twice, and now have had to file another appeal to the courts. I have severe arthritis in my knees and memory problems. I was told it would be easier because i have both physical and mental disabilities, but have had to hire a lawyer so we can go to court. ive also had to have about 4 different doctors agree that I can not work. I would start the process now, and see what happens, you can appeal and if you win it they will pay everything back from the time you applied.
