This is very simplified and basic. Fat makes estrogen. Less fat, less estrogen. Over 50? Menopausal or perimenopausal? Estrogen has a lubricating effect on joints. I tried going without my patch and my fingers and hips started killing me. I use Viville dot .05. It is the least risky hormone replacement product. It was magic for me and maybe it will work for some folks here.

Has anyone heard of Hulda Clark- she says arthritis, both osteo and rheumatoid, are both mainly caused by parasites in the joints. I can see a correlation between that, and when my daughter got sick with rheumatoid arthritis, due to the conditions at the time. Will let y'all know about what happens... we gonna some parasites I hope!

Yes I have heard of Hulda Clark. It simply is not true that ostoearthritis or rheumatoid arthritis are caused by parasites in the joints. There has never been one study to back this claim up.
