i was banded in 2003 and researched starting early 2001 and there was tons out there - new to US however not new elsewhere.
no one should get wls as self-_ays [darn key_oard] if they can't afford aftercare that all wls need. the band needs good aftercare to work and that has been the case since it was invented. if so_eone gets it thinking they don't need to do aftercare they are not well researched.

Hey ya'll I was wondering I drink alot of water MMM I love it, And since I had surgery water down juices dont work for me anymore. So I have been addicted to Gatorade or Powerade. I put it in the freezer and when I'm ready to drink its like a slushy mmmm But i don****er it down and I was wondering if maybe this is a reason I have been losing my weight slowly,it has 14-15g of sugar.Since its been so hot latley I have been drinking it almost everyday.

Hi Adrienne, I was wondering if you will still support those that want the Gastric Bypass if you do the revision? You know when I first got my done I had and I could say that I HAVE trouble with the eating part, not that I'm not able to eat but because I do eat and I didnt stick to the liquid diet schedule,well I got alot of backlash from alot of people from a certain part of the state board and all I wanted was some support from the board, I dont understand why some people have to be so PRISSY about things,Its seems that you will get good feed back from these people that you post if your in there "CLICK" Back in the day I was from a certain "CLICK" by that was when I was a teen. I'm grown now,I wish that they would support everone even if we are not in there "CLICK".I thought that the post were for support not for backlashing or to see who will vote for who on AMERICAN IDOL! I love to hear what people are eating and how much there losing or not! Do you know what I mean. Thats why I love the regret board because everyone keeps it REAL.And I really appreciate that. I am 1 yr out and have been misirable the whole time/ been in and out of hospiyal 7 times had 11 scopes and been to rehab...fixing to have to under go hernia repair and my abdomen has split open...its been so painfull ...am trying to write a book so I will post message I have posted on main message board....
Hi, I am a 51 yr old female who had the roux n y done May 18, 2004...It has been a total nightmare for me and I know there has to be others out there that have had problems too. Most all you read is positive and happy endings and I thank God for these but I think the other side needs to be told... I am an aspiring children's author but have decided to take the time to write a book on the downfalls of WLS, not to scare anyone but to inform them that it doesn't always turn out as you thought it would.
