It can be the terrible "head hunger" and that's kind of "normal" if is that it will pass if not consider talking to your primary doctor it could be anxiety. Many things changed and many others will change as time pass and many of us were not told about all this. Good Luck. Celi/Massachusetts

I realize that I have to have some dense protein in order to feel satisfied. So I always have a pork chop, or a rib, or a piece of rib eye, then some green beans or broccoli to round out my meal. Then I don't feel hungry at all. Add a piece of bread to that meal, and I am a bottom less pit for the rest of the day! It took me a long time to figure that out, I thought there was something wrong with me!

Hola Misha, I found out the same thing. I went back to work for 2 weeks and when lunch time came around I ate carbs. I had whatever was around at home and ate it at work. And I couldnt finish but was hungry an hour later. One day we BBQ'd and I brought an left over hambergur patty and I was stuffed for a few hours. So I make sure that I eat protein first. Thanks for the info. Take care Hugs &'s Rosie
